Salty Paws Pretzels is a small, family-run business, and each batch is prepared, packaged, and shipped with care from our home kitchen in Texas.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after purchase; however, processing times may vary during periods of high demand, holidays, or other busy seasons. We appreciate your patience and support as we work to fulfill every order with the attention it deserves.

In accordance with Texas Cottage Food Law, we currently sell and ship only within the state of Texas.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if applicable. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping carrier. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Salty Paws Pretzels is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and assist with resolving the issue.
