At Salty Paws Pretzels, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality products. Due to the nature of our food items, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with the quality of your product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos and additional information so we can review the issue.
Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
